Property Marketing
While working as a Marketing Assistant for a property developer, I designed several marketing media (including brochures, billboards and outdoor signs, social media assets, etc.) for various estates and communities in South-East Queensland. The software used was Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator. Below are some of the projects that I completed while working in this role:
This above brochure was made for the Beachside Dundowran Beach estate in Hervey Bay. The intent of this brochure is to highlight the area’s local amenities and natural beauty, including its close proximity to K’gari (previously Fraser Island) and the Great Sandy Strait.
I chose a navy blue and stone white colour palette, a classic serif font, and larger images for a luxurious and modern feel.
This Community Information brochure is for the Pacific Harbour Estate on Bribie Island. I designed this when I was fairly new to the role, and it provided me with the opportunity to further explore a more editorial style print project.
It was designed as a way for Sales Agents to showcase the prestige and history of the estate and its various premium amenities, like the golf course and country club. The team ultimately decided to go in a different direction entirely – however, I was proud of the final outcome. This is just a small excerpt, as many pages have been omitted for privacy reasons.
